Militants from Azerbaijan and turkey arrive in Donbas

The arrival of several planes from Turkey and Azerbaijan in Ukraine is associated with a mission to send Turkish and Azerbaijani servicemen, or rather, militants, to Donbas. New agreement, new search for compromise

In a comment for Pravda.Ru, Professor of the Academy of Military Sciences, head of the Center for Global Studies and International Relations, Vadim Kozyulin, noted that the incorporation of Ukraine, Georgia and other republics into NATO constituted a threat to Russia's security.

"We consider this a red line, a violation of those verbal agreements that had been reached in the 1990s. Russia has come to realise that when it was too late, but Russia has clearly expressed its stance on this problem," the expert said.

Regrettably, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg already said that Russia could not have any interests in its immediate surroundings.

"This is a matter of diplomatic work. One can only guess what kind of a compromise one may find here. Russia has her reasons. Ukraine, NATO, the European Union have reasons of their own. In short, everyone has their own concerns, and everyone would like to get rid of them, and this is what diplomacy is for," said Vadim Kozyulin.

Can Russia find a compromise with the West?

Let us ask ourselves – what kind of compromise it might be? Shall Russia give up on Donbass? Putin will never agree to that. Will he let Western NGOs propagate "democracy" inside Russia? Can Russia join the West in an effort to counter China? Brushing all these assumptions aside, one has to agree with the fact that the West does not really want a compromise — the West wants to dominate. Russophobia is in their blood.

Therefore, it is unlikely to find the necessary compromise through diplomatic efforts, and the Kremlin is aware of that. Russia would probably have to make a preemptive proposal, similarly to how Putin once said:

"You have not listened to us before, so listen now."

The previous security system in Europe was based on the 1975 Helsinki Treaty on the inviolability of post-war borders. Taking into consideration the collapse of the USSR, the unification of the GDR, the Kosovo precedent, the Crimean referendum, it becomes obvious that those provisions have been violated repeatedly. Of course, a new compromise in Europe is needed, but the West feared and respected the USSR during the 1970s. The USSR had been considered a superpower, a pole of the world — one does not see such attitude towards Russia now. En estas obras se hace una critica social pero se insiste en el aspecto de la injusticia y la dominación de unos pocos que tienen bajo la bota de la esclavitud el chantaje y la amenaza a unos muchísimos y la conclusión es la misma que la de la Rebelión En la Granja de Orwell: todos los animales son iguales pero algunos son más iguales que otros. Se mantuvo en los precintos de las minorías y la verdad es que sus novelas nunca alcanzaron los grandes tirajes.

Que me conceda el pase de pernocta al Paraíso por toda la eternidad yo le pido a Miguel. La compasión es una prerrogativa del cristianismo anglicano.

Consiste en ponerse en los zapatos del otro para comprender las razones que lo llevaron a un determinado modo de proceder. Es lo contrario que el avieso y envidioso del temperamento inquisitorial español.

La "british compassion" resulta del desencanto de sus guerras de religión medievales: la guerra de los cien años, la de loas dos Rosas, la revolución social que supuso el puritanismo de Cromwell y la Reforma. Un paso más y nos encontramos con el parlamentarismo. 

Por cuya causa la democracia funcionó siempre en el país y ha sido siempre un desastre en España. El concepto "cosiness" intraducible al castellano tiene que ver con el confort, el aislamiento.

No les gusta la vivienda en vertical, aborrecen los pisos sólo en Londres viven en flats y esos penthouses que denominan los norteamericanos condominios. 

El sentido de la independencia y la privacidad es para ellos un mandamiento sagrado.

Puerta por puerta vivía un matrimonio de jubilados. El marido Mr. Blackburn había trabajado toda su vida en una mina de los midlands y al alcanzar el retiro se habían retirado a vivir a la casita de campo invirtiendo en la vivienda todos los ahorros de una vida.

 Yo por mi pelo largo mi aspecto bohemio mi abrigo de la Navy comprado en las rebajas y mi bufanda de estudiante de la universidad de Hull debía de levantar alguna sospecha de contestatario y además extranjero. 

Yo lo notaba al pasar cuando iba y venía en auto stop enfrente de la casa de los Blackburns donde día una señora austriaca muy católica pero muy alcahueta y murmuradora  debía de ser algo nazi. 

Sin embargo, con los Blackburn no tuve ningún problema. Les daba los buenos días o las buenas tardes. Y ellos me los devolvían con una sonrisa.

Yo le sentía salir al jardín a fumar un cigarro para pasar inadvertido con su mujer que se ponía de uñas cuando lo oía toser. El antiguo minero padecía de silicosis y el doctor le había prohibido el tabaco.

 Ellos eran conscientes de que nuestro matrimonio había sido un matrimonio a cañonazos (shotgun marriage) lo cual no era bien visto en aquella aldea del Yorkshire de ideas tan conservadoras. Sin embargo, cuando Suzanne le faltaba a una barra de pan o un ajo Mrs. Blackburn la socorría con generosidad.

En casa no sabían que yo me había casado. Pensaban que había ido a Inglaterra en viaje de estudios para prepararme a las oposiciones en España. No teníamos teléfono, la tele alquilada, sólo una aparato de radio que le había regalado su abuela a Suzanne.

 El día del nacimiento de mi hija Helen me vieron muy emocionado. Yo lloraba de tristeza porque había contraído matrimonio sin la autorización de mi madre que era la que llevaba la voz cantante y de alegría pues para mi aquella tarde había sido la más feliz de mi vida. Mr. Blackburn me ofreció a Mary Heagerty y a mi entrar en su casa. Nos ofrecieron una taza de té y le pedí a mi vecino si podía telefonear a Madrid para anunciar a mis padres que eran abuelos.

Then the priest reads the Offertory-verse, a short quotation from Holy Scripture which varies with the Mass of each day. This being finished, he offers the bread and wine, which, by virtue of the words of consecration, he is going to change into the adorable Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. He takes the paten with the host and offering it up, says:
Accept, O holy Father, almighty and eternal God, this unspotted host, which I, Thy unworthy servant, offer unto Thee, my living and true God, for my innumerable sins, offenses, and negligences, and for all here present: as also for all faithful Christians, both living and dead, that it may avail both me and them for salvation unto life everlasting. Making the Sign of the Cross with the paten, he places the host upon the corporal. He pours wine and water into the chalice, blessing the water before it is mixed. He pours a few drops of water into the chalice containing wine, in remembrance of the water and blood which flowed from the side of Jesus when pierced by the soldier's lance.
O God, who, in creating human nature, didst wonderfully dignify it, and still more wonderfully restore it, grant that, by the Mystery of this water and wine, we may be made partakers of His divine nature, who vouchsafed to be made partaker of our human nature, even Jesus Christ our Lord, Thy Son, who with Thee, liveth and reigneth in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God: world without end. Amen.

Then the priest takes the chalice, and offers it, saying:
We offer unto Thee, O Lord, the chalice of salvation, beseeching Thy clemency, that it may ascend before Thy divine Majesty, as a sweet savor, for our salvation, and for that of the whole world. Amen.
The priest makes the Sign of the Cross with the chalice, places it upon the corporal, and covers it with the pall. Then, with his hands joined upon the Altar, and slightly bowing down, he says:
Accept us, O Lord, in the spirit of humility and contrition of heart, and grant that the sacrifice which we offer this day in Thy sight may be pleasing to Thee, O Lord God.
Raising his eyes towards heaven, extending and then joining his hands, the priest makes the Sign of the Cross over the host and the chalice, while he invokes the Holy Spirit.
Come, O almighty and eternal God, the Sanctifier, and bless  this Sacrifice, prepared for the glory of Thy holy Name.

The words of Consecration of the Chalice

FOR THIS IS THE CHALICE OF MY BLOOD OF THE NEW AND ETERNAL TESTAMENT, THE MYSTERY OF FAITH; WHICH SHALL BE SHED FOR YOU AND FOR MANY UNTO THE REMISSION OF SINS.


After the elevation of the Chalice, the priest says in a low voice:

Then he uncovers the Chalice, genuflects, collects whatever fragments may remain on the corporal, and purifies the paten over the Chalice, saying:
What return shall I make to the Lord for all He has given to me? I will take the chalice of salvation, and call upon the Name of the Lord. Praising I will call upon the Lord, and I shall be saved from my enemies.
The priest takes the Chalice and making the Sign of the Cross with it, says:
The Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ preserve my soul unto life everlasting. Amen.

The priest says silently:
Grant, O Lord, that what we have taken with our mouth, we may receive with a pure mind; and from a temporal gift may it become to us an eternal remedy.
Then he holds out the Chalice to the server -- in Solemn Masses to the deacon -- who pours wine into it for the first ablution, then the priest proceeds:
May Thy Body, O Lord, which I have received, and Thy Blood which I have drunk, cleave to my bowels; and grant that no stain of sin may remain in me, who have been fed with this pure and holy Sacrament; Who livest and reignest for ever and ever. Amen.
The priest then washes his fingers and receives the second ablution. Then he covers the chalice and folding the corporal, places it on the chalice, as at the beginning of Mass, and goes to the right side of the altar to say the prayers from the Missal.
